| Consignors for the 1st Annual Foothills Sheep and Goat Producers Association Sale in Shelby, NC June 28th, 2008 Include: |

****The 1st Annual Foothills Sheep and Goat Producers Association sale will have 3 sections including Show
Quality Boer Goats, Registered Goats (Boer and possibly a couple dairy goats), and Commercial goats. The
animals that are in the sale have been strictly selected for quality, breed characteristics, and overall health. The
FSGPA consists of approximately 30 farms in Western NC and SC. To be in the sale the consignors had to be a
member of the FSGPA as of 4/15/08. The meetings for this association is the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the
Cleveland County Cooperative Extension Office in Shelby, NC. The meeting starts at 7 pm and the pot luck dinner
starts at 6:30 pm. The FSGPA is an association that is growing and trying to promote the goat industry in NC. The
FSGPA is holding a sanctioned Dairy goat show June 14th and 15th, and an ABGA sanctioned boer goat show July
12th and 13th, both will he held at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds in Shelby, NC. The FSGPA is accepting new
members and the dues are $35/year/farm. If you are interested in joining the FSGPA please contact Greg Traywick
